Riverview Gardens is managed by the freehold company: Riverview Gardens (Freehold) Limited (‘RGFL’). The directors of RGFL (themselves shareholders and residents) work with a committee of other members to represent the interests of the estate. Day-to-day management of the estate (including building maintenance and service charge administration) is the responsibility of the managing agent, Tideway Property Managers.
